You are required to update your user profile to the latest and real personal information before submitting a reserve offer. 

You are entitled to follow the purchase terms agreed with the seller during physical trading and make payment for the waste/service/technology based on the payment method arranged by the seller outside the Waste 2 Wealth platform.

It is your full responsibility to monitor and perform any physical waste trading/ collection/ transportation/ management activities in compliance with the government regulations such as Akta 672 outside the Waste2Wealth Platform.

Waste2Wealth assumes no responsibility for any and all details, agreements, and terms between you and the seller. It is the responsibility of the two parties making any transactions from leads obtained through Waste2Wealth to do their own due diligence on the veracity and creditability of the other party by checking references, etc. of each other.
