If the seller does not provide the product during physical trading according to the agreed terms in the accepted offer, you can reflect on your situation using the buyer rating feature.

After clicking the profile icon at the top right of the webpage, go to My Account > Make an Offer > Purchase History to find your accepted offer.

Leave your remarks or comments on the trading experience using the “Rate Now” button at the offer. The rating and comment will be visible on the page of product details for the seller to feedback.
